May memories 🌞
What a bloody good month that was. Felt good to take a little bit of a rest from training and lower the intensity a little after my Hyrox block, but we’re back ready to go with some big goals set for the second half of the year.
The buzz at the moment and the goals being set by you guys are making me SO excited for what’s to come. Proving that We Can Do Hard Things 💪

Thursday night Pilates at Studio Fettle 🥰
What started as Pilates sessions has turned into such a lovely little community of women who show up for themselves and each other every single week.
We focus on strength, mobility, posture, flexibility and form.
And yes… we are currently deep into our splits era 💃
Keeping the classes small (max 10 people) means everyone gets more support, guidance and space to feel comfortable asking questions and learning properly, but also means you actually get to know the people in the room with you.
We laugh together, cry together and I challenge you to find a group of more supportive ladies who will rally around you and help in whatever situation you need! Genuinely so lucky to have made the community we have 🫶

Just some evidence from the team over the last few weeks that ‘We can do hard things’ 💪
We train so that we can say yes to whatever challenge comes our way and these ladies are living proof of that 😁
Ironman, Hyrox, races, hikes, becoming a new parent, navigating an injury, stressful work situations, 24 hours of workouts, relationship stresses, we’ve all been tested the last few weeks in so many ways, but as we say in every class ‘We can do hard things’ and we rise to the challenge
PS, still gutted that skydive got cancelled so that picture couldn’t feature…

✨ Tuesday 5:15pm Fitness Pilates (Cygnet Manor Farm, Laceby)
A slightly quicker-paced class to get your heart rate up and leave you feeling energised.
✨ Thursday 5:15pm, 6:15pm, 7:15pm Mat Pilates (Studio Fettle, Humberston)
These sessions focus on lengthening, flexibility, and building strength using your own bodyweight.
If you’re looking for a welcoming, supportive space where you feel like you truly belong - this is it 💛
✨ Saturday 9:30am Women’s Strength Class (Studio Fettle, Humberston)
We lift, we sweat, we get strong 💪 Expect weights, elevated heart rates, and a great start to your weekend.
