With 21 years of experience in education locally, Paul brings a wealth of knowledge, passion and commitment to supporting young people to achieve their very best.

Paul is looking forward to getting to know our staff and students and working together to make this a successful year for everyone. His key priorities include:
✅ Improving attendance and ensuring every student has the best opportunity to succeed
✅ Creating more engaging, interesting and enjoyable lessons that enhance both outcomes and the student experience

We were delighted to welcome Libby from The Grimsby Institute to The Academy Grimsby, where students learnt about the exciting opportunities available after school. 🚀📚

From courses and support services to enrichment activities and career pathways, the session gave students valuable insight into the options available to them after leaving school. 🌟

📅 Don't forget, you and your teen can attend The Grimsby Institute Open Event tomorrow - Thursday 1 October, 5:30 - 7:30pm to explore the opportunities on offer and speak to staff.
