💗 PLEASE HELP US GET RAYA THE HOME SHE DESERVES 💗

For years, Raya and her family have fought for something most of us never have to think twice about — being able to move safely and independently around our own home.

Raya has SMA Type 1 and uses a wheelchair, but her current home simply isn’t accessible for her. She cannot use her wheelchair properly indoors, access the bathroom independently or use much of the specialist equipment that could give her greater freedom.

A ground-floor bedroom, accessible wet room and adapted living space would completely change Raya’s everyday life.

The family have been fighting for these adaptations since 2023, but after years of delays there is still a significant funding shortfall.

And now, time feels even more precious. ❤️

Raya’s mum Kelly, who has devoted herself to caring and fighting for her little girl, is now facing stage 4 cancer herself. More than anything, we want Kelly to see Raya finally have the safe, accessible home and independence she has fought so hard for.

We cannot change everything this family is facing — but together we CAN help change their home.

On Saturday 5th September we’ll be coming together for a brilliant Popstar & Karaoke Fundraiser Night at The Pendlebury Social Club from 7pm onwards.

🎟️ Raffle on the night
💗 All while raising as much as we possibly can for Raya

We also have raffle tickets available for just £1 a strip, with some amazing prizes to be won, including a smart TV, vouchers, hampers, beauty prizes and more.

A very special fundraiser I’m asking you to support 💛

Alongside the work I do through Bright Futures SEN, I support families through some incredibly difficult situations, and this is one that is very close to my heart.

A family I care deeply about is trying to raise £35,000 towards essential adaptations to make their home safe and accessible for their disabled child.

She lives with SMA Type 1, requires 24-hour care, ventilation and specialist equipment, and has been waiting far too long for the adaptations she needs.

The family has been through an incredibly difficult few years and, for very personal reasons, time is especially precious to them right now. They desperately want to get these adaptations completed so their child can have the safe, accessible home she deserves and they can focus on simply being a family and making memories together.

I don’t often share personal fundraisers through my business page, but this one genuinely means so much to me.
