Arm looking super colourful today, but I’m happy that I managed a chest and back workout, had to be very cautious but hopefully will be enough stimulus to keep the muscle till my arm heals. If this is what I can do before my muscle is sewn back onto tendon , I’m confident if 100 % recovery 💪

So yeah it would have been so easy to skip training. Bicep getting re attached on Monday. But I still have another arm I can train. There’s a million excuses to skip workouts every day, or you just find the 1 reason to keep going … your choice.
