This Wednesday is our 2nd beach day of the year. We still have a few spaces left if you would like to join us.

Tonight we had two very special guests at our North Denes class.. Rupert Lowe - Great Yarmouth MP and Cllr Jon Wedon who came along to find out more about our fundraising efforts, and Kayahs recent success at the world championships.

We had a packed class showing off there best kata, sparring and kubudo. Well done all and a huge thank you to Rupert and Jon for taking the time to visit us.

We are looking forward to the WUKF European Championships in sheffield in October, and are working hard to bring more medals back.

This weekend at the Clifftop Gala, Kayah met the Mayor of Great Yarmouth, Jade Martin, who was incredibly impressed with her achievement at the world's!

If you're going to the Clifftop Gala this weekend, don't forget to pop past and say hi to us all on the Phoenix stall.
We're down by the tennis courts, both today and tomorrow, with plenty of prizes to be won!

Today was our first beach day of the year and a very warm one at that!

With sessions on fighting, long and short weapons aswell as kata and kicks in the sea. Loads of fun for all who came.

We have one more beach day this year on Wednesday 26th August. There are still some spaces available, if you would like to join us ask your instructor for a letter.
