What a fabulous lesson! ⭐️

We started with some times table practice before moving on to explore equivalent fractions. Using my interactive fraction wall really helped the boys to visualise how different fractions can have the same value and made the learning much more hands-on.

They worked so hard and did brilliantly. Well done, boys! 👏📚➗

It was lovely to welcome another new student this morning! 🤎

She’s in year 12 and is preparing to resit her GCSE Maths exam in November. Today, we recapped a mixture of percentages, ratio and fractions, building confidence and refreshing those all-important skills.

She did so well and it was a fantastic first session! 🌟 I’m really looking forward to supporting her over the next few weeks as we work towards November. 📚✏️

I’ve also been busy making some more revision cards because my students absolutely LOVE a “lucky dip!” 😂 They never know what question they’re going to get next — a great way to make revision a little more fun! 🤎📚

I’ve loved seeing all of my regular students, from year 7 right through to year 11. 📚✏️

We even had a couple of unexpected visitors join our lessons today… a muntjac deer 🦌 and Friday the cat 🐈‍⬛

Friday did attempt some English but as you can see, her work ethic was questionable. 😂

I’m incredibly grateful to say that Tasha’s Tutoring is now fully booked for after-school lessons! 🥰📚 A huge thank you to all of my wonderful students and families for keeping me so busy and for continuing to support my little business. 🤎

I am now running a waiting list for after-school spaces, so if you’d like your child to be added, please send me a message with their year group and the subject they need support with. ✏️
