Can anyone help Hannah Miriam?

hi I wonder if you can help me? I've been trying to help a friend that took CSEs in 1981 at the hospital school to get proof of their qualifications. we've identified the exam board but the want the exam centre number which is printed on the certificates in order to locate them. is it possible you have certificates that you could share a photo of so we can locate the exam number or that you could put a post on the page asking for others who might be able to help? we would be ever so grateful. thankyou.
