August has certainly been a busy month for our teams!

Our crews have been out supporting some fantastic clients across a wide range of events and activities.

🎬 Film production – Suffolk
We have provided a paramedic-led team for medical cover of a production film shoot in Suffolk. We’re looking forward to seeing the finished product!

⚽ Matchday cover – NCFC
Some of our FRECs have been working alongside our colleagues at NCFC, providing matchday crowd medical cover and helping to keep supporters safe.

🚑 NCFC Women’s Team
We’ve also been fortunate to receive mutual aid, with a paramedic-led ambulance supporting us at NCFC Women’s team fixtures.

🌍 African Cultural & Music Festival
Our teams also provided a paramedic-led medical response team for a fantastic African cultural festival and music event, ensuring appropriate medical support was available throughout the event.

👩‍⚕️ Growing Our Team
As we continue to grow, we’ve also been busy onboarding additional healthcare professionals to strengthen our team and increase the level of support we can provide to our clients and event partners.

A huge thank you to all our staff, healthcare professionals, partners and clients for their continued trust, hard work and support. It’s been a busy August, and we’re excited for what the months ahead will bring! 👏

It’s certainly been a busy weekend for the team at Pro-Safety Medical Services!

Yesterday and today, our fantastic staff have covered 14 shifts across a variety of events, with teams ranging from First Aiders through to Paramedics.

Our hardworking crews have been on hand, and called upon when needed, to provide care and support to unwell and injured patients across a cultural festival, music festival and two sporting events.

We’d also like to say a huge thank you to a fellow healthcare provider who provided mutual aid support over the weekend. Having trusted colleagues and fellow providers available to support one another is invaluable, particularly during such busy periods, and helps ensure we can continue providing a high standard of care when it matters most.

A massive thank you to every member of the Pro-Safety team for your professionalism, dedication and commitment throughout such a busy weekend, and to our fellow healthcare colleagues for their support.

What a weekend for our Paramedic-led event medical teams! 🚑🏃

We were proud to provide dedicated medical cover for two challenging trail running events running simultaneously:

📍 The Ridgeway Challenge

📍 The Ridgeway Chase

Across the weekend, our teams:

✅ Worked a combined 113 hours

✅ Travelled 934 miles providing event medical support

✅ Delivered professional pre-hospital care to participants throughout both events

A huge well done to every runner who took part. The hot weather conditions across both days added an extra challenge to the already demanding courses, and it was inspiring to see such determination, resilience, and achievement from all participants.

From start line to finish line, our highly skilled Paramedics, EMT's and First Responders were on hand to ensure runners received the care and support they needed while tackling one of the UK's most demanding trail routes.

🏃‍♂️Last weekend we were proud to provide a paramedic-led medical team for the incredible Runaway Racing Chiltern Hills 100K Ultra Marathon.

The event saw runners take on an epic 100km challenge through the stunning Chiltern Hills, tackling over 1,800m of elevation across some of the region’s most iconic trails, including Ashridge Estate, Coombe Hill and Whiteleaf Hill.

From the first steps at sunrise to the final finishers crossing the line late into the night, our team were on hand throughout the event to provide professional medical support and help keep participants safe during this demanding ultra endurance race.

A huge congratulations to every single person who participated and completed this incredible event - you truly are superheroes! The determination, resilience and spirit shown out on the course was nothing short of inspiring.

We’re already looking forward to returning for the next ultra marathon challenge and this one is even bigger - an incredible 139km adventure!

Better late than never!

Last weekend, including the Bank Holiday, our amazing teams were out supporting our fantastic clients and helping deliver safe, successful, and enjoyable events across THREE different locations!

🏁 A paramedic-led team was on standby at a high-octane motorsport event, supporting the thrill-seeking drivers throughout the day.

🐎 We were delighted to return to one of our valued clients for their first equestrian cross-country event of the year, always great to be back!

🎉 And for the FOURTH year running, we had the pleasure of supporting a local village fayre that welcomed a record-breaking number of attendees this year!

A huge thank you to all of our dedicated staff for their professionalism, hard work, and commitment over the busy weekend. 💚

🌿 We’re returning to Plant Lovers’ Day! 🌿

We’re delighted to be back at Creake Abbey for the 19th annual Plant Lovers’ Day — this time as the official medical partner for 2026.

This much-loved event brings together specialist nurseries from across the region and beyond, offering everything from herbaceous perennials and bulbs to shrubs, climbers, and beautiful roses. It’s a fantastic opportunity for visitors to buy directly from expert growers, pre-order plants, and gain inspiration and advice from some of the industry’s leading plantsmen.

At Pro-Safety Medical Services, we’ll be supporting the event with a dedicated HCPC registered healthcare professional on standby throughout the day. Our role is simple: to help ensure a safe, welcoming, and well-supported environment for everyone — from organisers and stallholders to the many visitors attending.

This partnership reflects our ongoing commitment to high-quality pre-hospital care and event safety, and we’re proud to be working alongside the organisers to support such a well-established and valued event.
