We’re inviting all of our lovely mums to join us for a fun, feel-good evening of fitness, chats, laughs & CAKE! 🩷🧁
We’re teaming up with Dance by Mia to bring you a relaxed dance fitness session designed just for mums — no experience needed, just come along, have some fun and enjoy an hour for YOU! 💃🏼✨

📅 Thursdays, starting 3rd September⏰ Choose your preferred time:💗 5–6pm💗 6–7pm
We’ll go with the most popular time, but we can only run ONE session, so please let us know which time works best for you when booking!
