The performing arts team at East Coast College have a proven track record in providing top class vocational courses in Performing Arts. We offer courses from Level 2 to level 3 covering all areas of the industry and pride ourselves on being a student-centred team, concentrating on the needs of our learners. Many of our past students comment on the training, encouragement, advice and guidance given by our talented and highly trained staff who still work in the industry. This industry experience is vital to providing students with the knowledge they need to either go straight into work or continue their education at specialist dance, drama and musical theatre institutions and universities. Former students have gained places at Guildford School of Acting, Arts Ed, East 15, Performers College, Rose Bruford & Italia Conti as well as a number of universities across the country and have gone on to work in West End & National touring productions of plays and musicals, holiday centres both home and abroad and teaching in schools and colleges. All courses are performance/production based with the aim of learning theory through practice, the ideal preparation for life in the industry.
