A shout out for help please! 🩷🩷🩷🩷Our Valentines Disco is coming up -
Monday 5th Feb 2024.🩷🩷🩷

We still need parent helpers for this to go ahead.

We need 10 helpers for KS1
We need 8 helpers for KS2

Unfortunately the event will be cancelled if we cannot make it safe.

Thank you to all that have helped support us over the years. This is a fantastic example of why we need your help and what that help is turned into following our events. Please continue to support us with our events so we can continue to provide these wonderful experiences. What’s next to fundraise for? Ideas over to you!

Yay! It’s our annual Christmas Market tomorrow! A few points to consider.
🎄It will be cash only, please bring change if possible.
🎅🏼 The weather is looking to be on our side, dry but fairly mild, therefore we will be partly outside, please wrap up warm- especially if you have kindly offered to help.
⭐️Please park considerately. Make use of the many smaller side roads around the area and take a longer walk into school. There will be no parking on the school grounds. Please do not double park down Hilton Lane.
🎄We will be selling sweet treats/ snacks and hot/cold drinks inc mulled wine, baileys hot choc or other tipple available.
🎅🏽Finally- thank you so much for your support, reply slips and patience- we hope you all have a fantastic time.

Re Christams Fair Monday 18th Dec. Please can we ask that reply slips for attendance and helpers are in this week, by Friday at the latest, so we can plan for the Christmas Fair. We really do need help to make this event possible, so please support us if you can. There are several times on the forms to allow time for both helping and attending 🙂

Thank you to everyone for the fantastic response of offers to help at both Disco’s. If you have replied to Weduc, as we don’t have access to this, school have sent me any that had been sent by last Wednesday. Due to my own work schedule I have not been able to access any others. We do have enough help for the Disco’s to go ahead and if you want to let me know after if I’ve missed you that would be great. We are always looking for help and my apologies if I didn’t get to you this time round. Now let’s get ready to . 👹😈👻👽🎃👽💃🕺🏻

Hi everyone, I’ve heard there’s been a few people who may have tried to fill in the slips to help at the Disco’s- unfortunately in Weduc this can’t happen and the letter has not gone out as a paper copy so my apologies.
We are desperately seeking helpers for both Discos- I need a definite number by next Thursday otherwise it cannot go ahead. As stated in the letter there needs to be enough helpers to make it run smoothly and make sure there are safe ratio numbers of adults to children. Please if there are any parents that can help for either Disco KS1 4.30-6pm or KS2 6pm- 8.15pm ( Helpers times) then please let me know on here or send your contact details to the office. As a school we kindly ask that every parent supports us in at least 1 event per year.
