☀️🎨🐍 What a Summer We've Had! 🐾🌟

As our Summer Holiday Club comes to an end, we're reflecting on what an amazing few weeks it has been. This summer, we welcomed over 120 children, creating memories that will last long after the holidays are over! 💛

From fun-filled days packed with arts and crafts 🎨, to exciting visits from DWAEC 🐍🦎, and sports with Delta Sports Coaching every day brought new adventures, laughter, and opportunities to make new friends.

We would like to say a huge thank you to every child who joined us this summer. Your enthusiasm, smiles, and energy made it so special, and we hope you've had as much fun as we have! 😊

A very special thank you also goes to our incredible Witley Wrap team, who have worked tirelessly throughout the summer to provide such a fantastic experience for all our children. Your dedication, creativity, and hard work have been truly appreciated. 🌟

Here's to a summer full of fun, friendship, and unforgettable memories. We can't wait to see many of you again soon! Look out for details for our October half term holiday club.

🌞 Witley Wrap Holiday Club Has Started! 🌞

The summer fun is officially underway at Witley Wrap Holiday Club, and we’ve had a fantastic start! 🎉

From creative arts and crafts to exciting sports, games, and making new friends, our children have already been enjoying a wide range of fun-filled activities. There’s still plenty more to come over the summer holidays!

Sports Day 2026! We are ready to go!

As we look forward to our Sports Day, we would like to remind everyone of our parking arrangements and ask for your support in helping the event run safely and smoothly.

The staff car park and school field will be open for parents and carers to use for parking. Please follow the directions and instructions provided by staff members on arrival, as this will help us manage traffic safely and efficiently.
Where possible, we encourage families to walk to school or car share to help reduce congestion and ease pressure on parking spaces.

Please note that parking is not permitted at the Doctors' Surgery or on the surrounding private roads. These areas must remain accessible for residents, patients and emergency vehicles at all times.

We kindly ask everyone to park responsibly, drive carefully and show consideration for our neighbours and the wider community. By working together, we can help ensure a safe and enjoyable event for all.

Thank you for your cooperation and support. We look forward to seeing you at Sports Day.

We are looking forward to welcoming families to our annual Sports Day on Friday 3rd July.

The school gates will open to parents and carers at 11:45am. At 12:00 noon, the children will join their families on the field for a picnic lunch.

Parking will be available on the school field and staff, Please remember not to park in the doctors surgery or surrounding roads.

The sporting events and races will begin at approximately 1:30pm and we hope you will enjoy cheering on the children as they take part.

Throughout the afternoon, the Friends of Great Witley will be running a variety of stalls, including a raffle and tombola. An ice cream van will be available, and soft drinks can also be purchased.
Please bring cash if you wish to take part in the stalls or buy refreshments.

We look forward to seeing you for what promises to be an enjoyable and memorable day for all involved.

A big thank you to all the local businesses and organisations that have kindly donated prizes to support the school. Tickets will be on sale on Friday during sports day. Tickets are £5.00 per strip and the draw will take place at the end. Please remember to bring cash.

We are really sad to be sharing this post this morning.

At some point between the hours of 6pm last night and 7am this morning someone has taken one of the purple gazebos which was situated on the school field. This Gazebo was kindly borrowed from a parent to give some shade for the children but also we were going to use it for our sports day next week.

If anyone saw anything or you knows the whereabouts of the gazebo please can you contact Mrs Fletcher in the school office.
