What a lovely afternoon making delicious things. This is Martin and he chose to do the Fabulous Filo lessonā€¦must say the Feta Bougatsa was absolutely outstanding! Great job on that Martin. We also made gorgeous little Spinach, Ricotta and Chicken pies, Roasted Pumpkin and Blue cheese Scrunchies and lovely versatile Filo cups. This is a great lesson for learning very useful, yet simple and delicious everyday home cooking. Great job Martin, and it was such a happy chatty fun afternoonā€¦ thanks so much for allowing me to share your experience. See you next time! šŸ˜

An absolutely delightful and great young chef making the most delicious cakes. Strawberry and Pineapple Upside down cake. Itā€™s really a very privileged journey to cook and bake alongside you Delilah, and of course things are going very smoothly in the cookery school when we are so brilliantly assisted by sous chef Martin šŸ‘šŸ˜‚šŸ˜‚
