Congratulations to Laura on passing her driving test. Laura did have some previous experience of driving, however Lee was able to help and gain the confidence. The day after her test, Laura was leaving North Devon to start university and took her CBT while learning with us. . So much going on and we wish Laura all the best for the future.

Time to show case our 5 successful learners, who all passed their tests within the last few weeks. We are a bit behind with posting these. Sorry! However we have been busy.
With both main tuition cars needing a full service and front brakes on both, all done in house by Lee, we certainly have been busy. Add in tyres for both cars and the fact that a certain black Audi Q3 needed parts sourcing and building, it certainly has been busy before we went on holiday.

Regarding maintenance, most of it is done in house by Lee, with a regular health check done ( every 3/4 months depending on mileage etc) at our local garage. Oils and filters are done every 8/10k miles on both cars.

I have enclosed photos of a well used brake pad, against a new one. The old pad is just outside the limit of the brake pad indicator. On the Q3 it is a light on the dashboard, whir on the Juke it is a small metal piece that will contact the disc when low. Hence the loud noise you get on some cars when braking.

Congratulations to Anya on passing her driving test on her first attempt. With some experience of driving farm machinery, Anya was able to adjust to driving on the road. Anya was also able to get some driving done in-between her lessons and can now commute to college and back. No long drives for mum & dad

Congratulations to Marlie on passing her driving test on her first attempt. Marlie came to us with some driving skills, though did suffer a bad experience with her previous lessons. Another learner who benefited from tuition with Katherine, and was able to achieve her goal. With living in very rural location, Marlie can now enjoy her freedom. Hope your family enjoyed your success, after not knowing you were taking your test!
