The Chiltern Academy School of Performing Arts has been established for over 45 years in Prestwood.
The Chiltern Academy has been running classes in Prestwood since 1973. Our continued success is not only down to the excellent teaching faculty but also the warm friendly atmosphere created within the academy where every student is made to feel an important part of the Chiltern Academy family.

Our renowned adult tap, jazz and ballet classes start back on Monday 9th January!
At Chiltern Academy we have been welcoming adults through our door for over 40 years! Many have never danced a step before joining us, and seeing them progress from a nervous beginner to a confident performer fills us with joy!
Dance is for everyone, no matter what your age or ability and is a fun energising and effective way to reduce stress and anxiety. The laughter, love and support we share each week is so uplifting and we all leave the studio in a calmer, relaxed and more positive state of mind.

Christmas is nearly upon us and as I have donned my tap shoes for the last time this year I would like to thank my fabulous adult students for your continued love and support.
Dancing is an outlet for joy that’s good for your body and soul. It’s also the perfect combination of exercise and socialisation and I always feel happier after an hour with you wonderful people!

What a long day but a great day 😊 Showcasing 2 song & dances learnt in 7 hours and this morning was the only time we have all been together. Thank you girls for your hard work it really does pay off.
