Our Nursery children have been busy exploring colour through a wonderful sensory activity! Using paint sealed inside a poly pocket, the children mixed and swirled the colours together, watching the beautiful patterns and new shades appear before their eyes. โจ๐๏ธ
Activities like this help to develop creativity, curiosity and self-expression as part of the EYFS area of learning: Expressive Arts and Design. ๐

We are incredibly proud that some of our childrenโs work has been selected to be included in The Hereford Gospels for Today project at Hereford Cathedral.
Children in Years 2, 4 and 6 created beautiful pages inspired by the original Hereford Gospels. Their work included illuminated letters, intricate carpet pages and poetry inspired by our school Bible quote:
โLet your light shineโ - Matthew 5:16 ๐
The project celebrates faith, creativity and storytelling, inspired by one of the cathedralโs greatest treasures, and invites contributions from schools, churches and communities across the diocese. The completed book will also be displayed around the diocese for people to enjoy and view.
You can find out more about the project here:
