A lesson plan for football focusing on particular skills.

FOOTBALL DRIBBLING

Follow the setup, which is simple, and put players in small groups of about 4. Each player can take turns performing the skill. Focus on 1 skill at a time.
Develop the session by having small-sided matches of 4v4 with 4 goals per pitch placed at various locations on the pitch, so players can practice turning and scoring a goal.
Let the players referee the game themselves so they can take ownership of each game to give them responsibilities.
