We have a beginners only 5 weeks course (10 classes total) for adults coming up, to introduce you to Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, and teach you some fundamentals of the sport with some self defence aspects also.
The start date will be the 16th of June and run on Tuesdays & Thursdays from 7:00pm - 8:00pm.
It will be classes with a preference to you wearing a gi/kimono
but you aren't required to to come with one for your first class.
Price is £80 payable as bank transfer only and must be paid in full before the class begins.
Once you finish your 5 weeks course, you can then move onto the choice of classes that we currently run with a better understanding of the martial art.
