The team have been chosen because of their love of, and dedication to working with children and we have an ethos of only employing staff who actually enjoy working with children and want them to grow and develop to their full potential. We feel that "PLAY" is natures training for life and therefore we at little blossoms put play and quality as the most important parts of the care we offer your child. Little blossoms nursery offers a rich and varied environment which supports all children's learning and development. We will encourage all children to explore and learn with confidence within our secure and safe, yet challenging indoor and outdoor spaces. Play is the focus of the nursery and through this we are able to offer opportunities which will absorb your child into learning and thus giving them sense of achievement which will increase their self esteem and confidence. We make all children feel special and acknowledge their achievements which will help them develop a positive sense of themselves and others. Practitioners act as roles models who value differences and take account of different needs and expectations. They offer warm and caring attachments within key worker groups and build constructive relationships with parents/carers.
