Old Leicestrians Old Leicestrians is a community for former students of Leicester Grammar School Welcome to the Old Leicestrian page on Facebook.

Now that the school has moved to the new site at Great Glen it is even more important for us to maintain links to, and memories of, all Old Leicestrians and Leicester Grammar School during its first 30 years. As always we’d love to hear from you, no matter where you are in the world. Have you got any news, having a gathering that would count as an unofficial reunion or lost contact with one of you

🍫🎓 From LGS student to Nestlé apprentice!

We were delighted to welcome back Adam Lewis (OL'24), who spoke to our students about his experience on Nestlé's Chartered Management Degree Apprenticeship Scheme, now two years into the programme.

Adam shared valuable insights into the apprenticeship route, offered practical advice on how to stand out during the application process, and spoke openly about the perseverance, dedication and determination required to achieve his goals.

It was inspiring for our students to hear first-hand about the opportunities available beyond school and to learn from someone who once sat where they do today.

A huge thank you to Adam for taking the time to support and inspire our pupils—and for the very welcome supply of free chocolate for students and staff alike! 🍫👏
