On Tuesday 22nd September Dunmow Kyokushinkai Karate will be holding a beginners course for juniors (6-15 year olds) and seniors at Dunmow leisure centre. First month training is free. If you like a challenge come and train with us!! Juniors 6-7pm Seniors 7-8pm .
If you can’t make Tuesdays then try the Thursday session at the Foakes Hall starts 24th September.

Fantastic BKK summer camp at Kingham School In Chipping Norton. Five Dunmow student enjoy three days of Karate training at the biggest camp in many years with 161 students.
Next year will be even better!

A fantastic East Anglian All Kyokushin Seminar with Shihan Mac and myself. Some great inspirational teaching from Shihan Mac. Lovely to see so many different Kyokushin associations and old friends. We will be back at the end of the year!! So please come and join us. Osu

Last weekend, I had the honour of putting myself forward for the role of BKK Country Representative.
While I was not selected, I extend my sincere congratulations to Shihan Janine Davies on her appointment. She was chosen by the dojo operators to undertake such a prestigious and important responsibility which is a significant achievement.
I wish her every success in the role and I have every confidence that she will serve the BKK to the best of her ability. She is exceptionally well suited to the position.
As for myself, I remain steadfast. For the past 46 years, I have supported the BKK and IFK with honesty, integrity, and unwavering commitment and I will continue to do so with the same attitude.
