Well that was quite the night. Congratulations to Frank, Kath and Michelle on passing their Level 1 Tab 1 with flying colours. A huge thank you to Chris and Dan for looking after the guys whilst I was taking the grading. Also a big thank you to rest of the gang for supporting their friends and taking part in their pressure tests. 😁👊🙏👍

Good morning guys, after the news that gyms are closing we will of course have to close down for the foreseeable future. Try and keep on top of everything you've learned, stay fit and healthy. Look after yourselves and others, and if you need to talk you know where we are.
Obviously as this starts to pass just keep an eye out for any posts.
