Sometimes it helps if children have a teddy or another toy that they can relate to in the situation instead of themselves – you could help your child with the transition to Reception Class using play. Another year of AMAZING MEMORIES ❤️ it only seems like 2 minutes since we said goodbye to the class of 25 … time certainly does fly when you’re having fun!

We know our big Puffins are all ready for their next adventures but it never gets easier to say goodbye! We parted with alot of dancing (especially to K Pop Demon Hunters) tattoos and lots of cuddles and giggles to see the academic year out.

We will miss all of our 2026 leavers and their parents immensely, thankyou for making it yet another amazing year to remember ❤️ and a massive thankyou for all of your generous gifts 💝

We look forward to welcoming some new little Puffins in September for another year of fun filled learning but for now the big Puffins are off to have a well earned rest.

💧 Water safety matters, every day, not just on holiday 💧

Did you know a child can drown in just a few centimetres of water, often silently and in seconds?

Whether it’s bath time, paddling pools, garden ponds or trips to the beach, it’s so important to stay alert and keep children safe around water.

👶 For little ones:

• Never leave them alone in the bath – even for a moment
• Empty paddling pools after use
• Secure or cover ponds and hot tubs

🌊 For older children:

• Encourage swimming in safe, supervised areas
• Talk about the dangers of open water and strong currents
• Always keep an eye on them and encourage them to swim with a friend
