The Summer is flying by and I’m running out of time to celebrate our Summer Stay & Play sessions, so doing it now….The Story and Music sessions were great successes, I think the Happa Zome activity was the big hit on both days though (no pun intended 🤭). Our teenage session was another hit, the teens enjoyed cooking their own pizzas and using the tools to make sling shots and kazoos! It was lovely to watch their growing confidence during the session. All the sessions were lots of fun and we’ll be back in the October half term for more! Remember to give us ‘like’ to help share our Forest School with more families 😊

We’ve still got places available on our Summer Stay & Play sessions in the Bus Stop woodlands in Bookham.

The sessions will be taking place on:

Thursday 6th August -
Session 1 - Making music session,
10am to 12pm. Also a stop for snack around campfire included too. Appropriate for 1yrs to 10yr olds

Session 2 - Teenage session , 1.30pm to 3.30pm. During the session children and parents will have the opportunity to use small hand tools to make a woodland craft and will make their own pizzas to cook over the campfire! Or you can simply enjoy the afternoon connecting in nature together! Appropriate for 10 years to 16 year olds.

In addition to the planned activities, we also always provide a ‘help yourself’ water station and snacks for all and tea/coffee for the adults 😊

For all sessions parents/carers must accompany their child.

The sessions are £10 per child and £5 per adult. A completed booking form and payment is required in full at the time of booking and sessions are non refundable. 

The sessions must be booked in advance. Booking closes on 5th August at 8pm.

At Bus Stop we’ve enjoyed another wonderful year in the woods and our last day of term was spent celebrating with all of our children and their families! On the day the children took part in Sports day games, a Treasure hunt (including finding our woodland friends along the way), we enjoyed a yummy picnic and we all said fond farewells to our School leavers! This year has been a blast and we can’t wait to do it all again in September! Happy holidays to all our Bus Stop families
