🌳✨ Forest School for All! 🌿

We are very proud of the fact that every pupil at Polesden Lacey Infant Academy takes part in our Forest School sessions every week. 🏕️

From building dens and exploring nature trails to learning teamwork and resilience in the great outdoors, our Forest School program helps children grow in confidence, creativity, and curiosity — all while connecting with the natural world. 🌲🧠💚

Rain or shine, our pupils are discovering that some of the best lessons happen outside the classroom!

Welcome to our newest students! This week, we've had the absolute joy of welcoming our new Reception class to Polesden Lacey Infant Academy.

The classroom was filled with so much excitement, curiosity, and huge smiles. We've loved watching them explore, make new friends, and take their first steps on their learning journey with us.

Here's to a fantastic school year full of discovery, laughter, and growth. We are so happy to have you as part of our school family!

We’re getting excited for the Polesden Lacey Infant School Summer Fair this weekend! 😃

☀️ It’s set to be a hot day, so please remember water bottles, sun cream and a hat. We will have water stations for tap water refills too! This year you’ll be able to cool down in the seating area in the hall, where you’ll also find the bar serving refreshing soft drinks, beer, Pimms and Prosecco! 🍹🍺🥂 We will also have a couple of the games in the hall so dont forget to visit us in there too! You can fill your tummys with delicious hot dogs and Strewberrys and cream from Polesden Lacey Playschool. Julian's Ices Ice Cream Van will also be there to cool us all down! 🍦

Rabbit Class went on their last trip of reception year today to Nower Wood Educational Nature Reserve. The children impressed the staff with their knowledge of wildlife and their excitement about exploring and caring for nature. Our school ethos has clearly impacted our youngest pupils already! Well done, Rabbit Class.

Our wonderful team of friends do such a fantastic job of organising our summer fair every year. Always a wonderful day- be sure to put in the diary!

We'd love to welcome all our Polesden Lacey Infant families, past, present and future, as well as the local community to this year's summer Fair on Sunday 13th July, 12-3pm!

With lots of traditional games, inflatables, beat the goalie, food, drinks and lots more, it is all set to be a wonderful afternoon.
