About Me:

I have recently finished home educating my daughters, starting in 1996 with my oldest daughter then continuing with my middle daugher and finishing in 2019 with my youngest. I am now helping to home educate my 3 grandchildren. I am still a point of contact for home education in Suffolk and actively involved with the local Home Educating community and attend a number of groups. I parti

cularly understand the needs of families considering Home Education. I am very passionate about children having freedom to play in nature all year round. My Services:

Childminding -

I offer a Childminding service in a lovely rural location. It it an outdoor setting run with a forest school ethos for children who love nature based play. This includes a fire pit area. Children of different ages can play, learn and develop in a fun, stimulating and educational way within a Home Educating family atmosphere. Tutoring -

I also offer a Tutoring service for Primary school aged children from 3.30 pm onwards. Costs:

Childminding - £4.50 per hour
Tutoring - £18/45 mins

Will you be happy with home education groups having to close? Or child led learning being banned? Data gathering of your child's info being kept within an LA that is known for data breaches? Are you ok with needing to update the LA every single time you use a new website or go to a new group? What about letting an unqualified stranger into your home to judge you and decide if you are doing your legal duty? What about stopping a child who is being harmed in school from being deregistered until people who have never met the child tick boxes and make decisions about them? What about the LA being able to decide what is in YOUR child's best interests and ignoring you?
This is all part of the proposed childrens wellbeing and schools bill and it is DANGEROUS.
