We have a fantastic opportunity to work in our breakfast/after school club based at Templesprings Music Centre in Grays.
The post holder will assist with the day to day running of the after school provision at Templesprings providing stimulating activities and a high standard of care for children between the ages of 2-11 years old in a safe and secure environment.
We are looking for a self-starter individual able to able to take initiative and be able to work and high pace environment.
We are seeking candidates with a genuine desire and passion to influence children's learning and can use their initiative to provide children with fun in their learning was undertaking the role you will be working with a team of college providing care and learning to our children in an enabling and stimulating environment.
You will be expected to have a Can-Do attitude and be prepared to do whatever it takes to ensure the smooth running of the setting ideally qualified to level 3 in either childcare or play work.
You must also have experience with children and an ofsted registered environment such as a school or nursery.
You must be able to demonstrate an ability to relate to children and their needs and understand the supportive nature of the role.
A team player pragmatic and flexible in your approach to communicating effectively with parents is also part of the of the role.
