Is back…until the end of the year.

For August I’m shouting out Abi!

She’s pushed through her sessions even when at times she’s been so exhausted as she’s growing a little one 🤰 she’s done really well and I’m hoping overall she’s feeling a bit more stronger in this pregnancy than before.

Autumn Term 🍂

Thomas is back to school Tuesday, and I know other kids are back next week at some point too but now is the time to think what shall I do?

I will have some daytime availability as my little side kick will be out, so help a girl out is anyone interested in:

🖤 in person PT sessions (ladies if you’re on maternity leave you can attend with your baby if they’re in their pram or car seat)
đź–¤ daytime Bootcamps (FaceTime groups)
đź–¤ FaceTime PT sessions

I believe there are PT’s out there for everyone

I share alot and sometimes too much

I feel guilty for saying no but that doesn’t stop me

I can tell what you’re thinking from your facial expressions, or tone of messages
