I genuinely wish you could buy this stuff in bottles. I reckon it would make you look 10 years younger 🤣

My advice? RUB IT IN, not off! & don’t wash baby for a little while so it can work it’s magic 🫶🏼

✨World Breast Feeding Week✨

These pictures deserved a place on the grid because I adored my breastfeeding journey with my daughter Elsie and doing it for over 2 years is something to be proud of!

Breastfeeding in this society is unfortunately still seen as a thing thats ‘not the norm’, there’s such lack of education and support that woman give up way before they actually want to or they don’t attempt it at all, our statistics for breastfeeding in the UK are so incredibly low 😞

My main peace of advice to expectant mothers is to educate yourself on what to really expect with breastfeeding and find out whats normal!
Search for a local lactation consultant & save their number in your phone just incase you need it!

Lastly but probably most importantly find a local support feeding group, they do exist!

Did you know….👇🏼

👶🏽 Your baby’s tummy is only the size of a marble when they are born?! This is why you only produce such small amounts of colostrum to fill their teeny tiny tummy’s. Colostrum is SUPER CONCENTRATED with so much goodness for your baby in those first few days of life.

Breastfeeding is another one of my passions which I have training and first hand experience in, anyone that does a hypnobirthing course with me will also receive knowledge and support with breastfeeding if it is a method of feeding you’d like to explore and try ☺️

Yep you read that right…

YEARS ago, there was a French king who had a fe**sh for watching babies come out of women’s v-jayjays so they started giving birth on their backs and slowly…over time this became the norm and is now policy… make that make sense 🥲

Giving birth on your back is actually the LEAST helpful or natural position because your coccyx bone is unable to move, this decreases the space your baby has by 20%!
