September 2015 I set up as a childminder.I was a primary teacher but once I had my daughter I knew things needed to change. My name is Toni and I am 42 years old with a 9 year old daughter. I had been teaching (both primary and secondary maths) for five years but when I had my daughter I decided I would like to work from home as a childminder. Your children will be warmly welcomed into my family home and will learn, have fun and be safe. We like to go out lots at Toni's Tots, so your children will be taken to playgroups, parks, the woods, farms etc. We have a lovely child friendly garden and lots of toys and activities in the house for when we are not out and about. We sing, we dance, we read, we paint, we draw. Come and join our little family # # #

I've been settling in 3 new mindees this week all aged between 12-18months.
It's been tiring but rewarding to see how much they've settled in such a short time. They're all too cute and I've enjoyed lots of cuddles this week. Though I'm sure by Monday I'll be starting all over again lol

Seems I forgot to update Toni's Tots FB page in July and August. It mostly consisted of trying to keep cool, parks and ice lollies but we also did a beach day and a trip to Fenn Bell. It has been a fabulous summer and I'm sad to be saying goodbye to 4 children. 3 off to school and 1 off to nursery. I wish them the best of luck and can't wait to hear about their new adventures.

Another fun two weeks at Toni's Tots. Games, puzzles, park visits, a trip to see the old people at the care home, water play to keep us cool and a trip to the new park at Bluewater. Bluewater park got a 10/10 from us and we will be going back.

Another fab morning with our friends. I only had one mindee this morning but 12 children in the garden and three other childminders. We explored, played, sang, shared, coloured, joined in with water play and got very wet and listened to a story. It was lovely to see all the children playing beautifully together 🥰.
Then this afternoon a trip to the care home to visit the old people. We fed the fish, played games, did more singing and listened to another story.
I'm now ready for my bed 😂
