Dear Parents and Carers,

To help us prepare for our upcoming PTFA Summer Fair, we will be holding an Own Clothes Day on Tuesday 7th July.

In exchange for wearing their own clothes to school, we kindly ask each child to bring in a tombola prize donation.

We would be very grateful for donations such as:

🍫 Chocolate or sweets
🧁 Cakes or sweet treats (shop bought, sealed items please)
🍾 Bottles (e.g. wine, prosecco, soft drinks, squash)
🧴 Toiletries (gift sets, shower gel, bubble bath, body spray)
🧸 Small toys or games
🎁 Unwanted gifts in good condition
☕ Tea, coffee or biscuits

Please ensure any food donations are in date and unopened.

These donations will help us create exciting tombola stalls for the Summer Fair and raise valuable funds for the school.

Thank you, as always, for your generosity and support — we really appreciate it.

Kind regards
,

A successful PTFA meeting tonight! Thank you so much to everyone who came along! 💙

There is so much work that happens behind the scenes to help make our events possible and the PTFA simply couldn’t run without the support of our amazing volunteers.

We promise it’s not as boring as it sounds! 😄 Tonight involved plenty of ideas, planning, laughs… and of course some lovely refreshments too - tea, coffee, cakes and doughnuts! ☕🍩🍰

Children are always welcome at our meetings as well. And if they’re lucky, the adults might even share the colouring! 🎨🖍️

If you’ve ever thought about getting involved, we’d love to see you at a future meeting - every little bit of help makes a huge difference.
