This post is well overdue! So sorry!! I want to thank all my parents and pupils for their amazing support, patience and always looking out for me over the past unpredicted 18 months in more ways than one! The children (and parents) adapted to Online lessons incredibly well just as I had to. It really was a challenge, but I can honestly say teaching piano really kept me positive throughout those tough months.
We had a lot of fun and laughs and all of them achieved amazing things, even learning duets! Several pupils did online exams which I have to say were too stressful for parents and me, the children just got on with it😂! I think we’ll stick to ‘face to face’ if possible!
A summary of exam successes in the last year ABRSM grades 1 - 5;
13 x High Passes
7 x Merits
3 x Distinctions
(No fails)
Apart from exams we did other fun genres of music. I
am so, so proud of each and every one of you.

Isla playing ‘if I were a rich man’. Very proud of Isla, she has done remarkably well, distinction grade 1 in March and I now think level 2 -3 now. We’ve all had fun during lockdown which actually has worked really well and all my pupils have been amazing😊

With all that COVID19 has brought, I’m now teaching by FaceTime only. Over the last few years I’ve taught this way occasionally when pupils are away on holiday, but I have no choice at the moment. It is a really good way of teaching once set up and a novelty! If you are interested contact me!

Very, very proud of Fred and Oscar to play to the public!! They've recently done their Primary piano ensemble exam ABRSM (equivalent to grades 4-5)
