Fab effort from these seven superstars today in the NWKL 2nd team match against XS. A great 1st quarter set the tone for the match and the team dug in really well to take the win. Congrats to Ivie and Alexia stepping up into the team today. Final score Club 47 - 38.

A fantastic effort from the team in our second game of the season against the Hornets! 💪

The team showed fantastic determination, teamwork and fighting spirit throughout the match. The score remained tight from start to finish going into the final quarter 3 points down, making for a competitive and exciting game.

We trialled different combinations throughout the match, giving players new opportunities and experiences. Our defence was strong throughout, creating turnovers and providing new opportunities for the attack to build on.

Final score: 37-35

🌟 Player of the Match – Maddie 🌟
For her resilience and confident play both in and out of the shooting circle.

Tough match for the U16s against Shan Netball in the Netball London & South East Regional League. We had a bright start but lost ball on our centre passes and had to come back from 4 goals down a couple of times. They then put the burners on at the end of the second quarter to lead by 6 at half time. Unfortunately we started slowly in the third and our changes did not settle, and we continued to make silly errors to allow them to forge on. After losing a couple more CPs in the fourth, the subs came in with impact and we reeled the score back in a bit to finish 41-56. Well done to Alexia who was PoM. Lots still to work on, especially as we did not win a lot of ball today 😩. ❤️🩵

The 5ths had a fantastic game on Monday night against Fusion Flames, coming away with a well-earned 40–30 win. With only seven players, the team did a brilliant job of rallying together, with most players having to step out of their usual positions at some point throughout the match. Despite this, the team produced some slick attacking play while working tirelessly in defence to create turnovers and regain possession.
Player of the Match went to Frankie for her fantastic defensive performance🩵❤️

The 4ths took a really good 48-40 win over Istead Rise Netball Club despite a frantic start and a lot of rogue cross court balls! They then settled into the game well and the full court defence was fantastic to turn the ball back over. POM went to Tife for coming on in the second half brilliantly as an impact player with lots of tips and interceptions. ❤️🩵

Our U14Bs (actually all U13 + one U12) had their county league debuts today, playing in the Kent Netball County Development League. They had a really strong start, then lost some focus as the pressure intensified, but hung on for their first win 17-15 v Aces Netball Club Bs. Well done to Amelie who was deserved PoM, showing terrific responsibility on court to always be offering and really looking after the ball (as well as some fab shooting). ❤️🩵

Huge congratulations to our U16Bs who fought really hard at the Kent Netball County League qualifier today and were rewarded with a spot in the main league, which means they will have lots of great competition this season. With only one actual U16 in the squad (two were poorly 😢), the U15s really showed their stuff, with our defensive end especially shining against some tough A teams. Well done! ❤️🩵
