On Remembrance day, Aletheia Academies Trust honours and reflects upon the profound service and sacrifice of individuals who valiantly defended our freedoms, safeguarding the essence of our way of life. Today is World Mental Health Day!
Today is a reminder to talk about mental health, create a safe space and lower the stigma; allowing signs to be spotted sooner and having an understanding that it is ok not to be ok.
It can be hard to notice the signs of someone who is struggling, but by opening up the conversation whether it be with a friend, family member or colleague, whoever it is, dialogue can make a massive difference.
At Aletheia Academies Trust, it is our entire community that stands together. In each of our schools, there is a trained Mental Health Ambassador so that not only the pupils receive the help and support they may need, but also the tools are in place so that staff always have a friendly face for support.
