Our charity organises fund raising events. Money raised is used to help all children by providing equipment, resources and help where required, towards external school trips. Funds raised supplement the school's local authority budgets. The PTFA meets regularly to arrange events. Our largest fundraisers by far would be the Christmas Bazaar and Summer Fair.

What a day! Thank you to everyone that joined us and thank you to all the staff and volunteers that gave up their time to help.
A massive shout out to 1st Culverstone and Vigo Scouts for all their support in running our kitchen. We honestly couldn’t do these events without their help.

Calling Calling all ASDA shoppers
Parentkind – the charity that supports school PTAs - have teamed up with Asda, who is making millions of pounds available to donate to primary schools across the UK through their ‘Cashpot for Schools’ initiative – all you have to do is, opt in through the Asda Rewards app, choose VIGO VILLAGE PRIMARY SCHOOL and shop and scan in store or shop online at Asda.com, between 2nd September and 30th November 2024
Asda will donate 0.5% of the value of your shop to our PTA. Also, every time somebody opts in, Asda will give an additional £1 to the school Cashpot. Plus, it doesn’t stop there – Asda are also giving £50 to every school to get them started.
Asda does the rest, all money raised will be donated to schools to spend on the things they need the most

It's the Annual General Meeting of the school's PTFA tonight at 7PM.
Please come along to the school if you'd like to hear about the PTFA's fundraising efforts or if you'd like to be involved in any way. We're a small, friendly group, always looking for new members and you can give as much time to helping as is convenient to you.
