ALP Parkview, ALP Pierview, ALP Sittingbourne are thrilled to announce that we have achieved our Eco-Schools Green Flag Award, with the extra accolade of Distinction! This is the highest level you can be given and is only awarded by the Eco-Schools judges for schools who they believe have gone ‘above and beyond’.

We are writing to share some positive and exciting news with you. As you will be aware, Parkview Academy has been working hard to improve our provision for parents. We have been working towards an award in Leading Parent Partnership (LPPA). Our auditor visited the school yesterday and was impressed with the progress that we have made with delivering workshops, events and in providing additional support to families. We are very pleased to say that we have secured the award and that we are now a leading school in parent engagement.

We would like to express our appreciation and thanks to everyone who has supported the process and for engaging with our surveys, workshops and events. We will ensure that we maintain our provision for parents and will continue to offer future workshops and events. Please continue to share any comments or feedback that you have as this helps us to continuously improve our provision which, in turn, benefits our students.

Check out Pierview Academy's fun-filled day at the Rochester Christmas Market! 🎄🎅
We kicked things off with a delicious lunch at the Bavarian Village, then dove into the festive spirit by enjoying rides and exploring charming Christmas craft stalls. What an amazing chance for our students and staff to bond and make memories together! Everyone had an absolute blast!

We're a warm and inviting special needs school in search of Governors who can align with our values and become integral members of our school community. We're eager to welcome individuals who want to join us on our journey. We are looking for people with a range of experience whether in education or the community.

We have opportunities for experienced Governors or we can offer training to new Governors who have a strong desire to get involved and can commit to spending at least one hour in school per term and attend three meetings a year. We look forward to nurturing a mutually beneficial relationship with our Governors

Recently, ALP Schools Group celebrated the incredible milestone of achieving a GOOD Ofsted rating in each of their five schools.

To kick off the day, Managing Director David Cowell shared an inspiring video recounting the company's beginnings and highlighting the remarkable progress of each school over the 17-year journey.

As part of our Artsmark legacy ALP Leicester transformed into a captivating time-travel experience. Every floor embraced a distinct historical era, adorning their spaces and attire to reflect that period. Students at ALP Leicester embarked on their school day by entering through a TARDIS, and the astonishment on their faces was priceless.

During Black History Month, participants had the chance to discover, honor, and contemplate the remarkable contributions of Black individuals to society. Throughout the month, they also had the opportunity to savor a diverse array of African/Caribbean cuisines. 🌍🍽️
