Whitehill Primary has chosen to participate in the annual My Dad supplement to celebrate Father's Day 2026.

This is a reminder that the KM Group will be printing all of the pictures our pupils have lovingly drawn in a special supplement to be carried in the local KM Media Group newspaper next week on June 18, 2026.

You can get the special My Dad 2026 supplement from their local newsagent, or supermarket.

You can also get a digital copy of the supplement and all pictures inside, plus My Mum and My Dad supplements from previous years. To celebrate the supplement parents of children taking part in My Dad can take advantage of an exclusive offer just for them. We are delighted to let you know that following conclusion of voting in your local Tesco store(s), your project came First and has been chosen by Tesco Customers to receive a grant award of £1,500.00!

Voting was held at Tesco stores between 12th January 2026 and 27th April 2026 and proved to be very successful with millions of votes being cast by Tesco Customers across the UK.

Last Thursday another exciting round of Trust Games as pupils competed in football across 14 matches.

Whitehill currently sits in 6th place after a day full of determination, teamwork and excellent sporting behaviour.

Thank you to Saint George’s staff and secondary students who refereed and supported the event. We look forward to the Athletics finale on Tuesday 14th July.

Our bear has now set off on its exciting summer adventure! 🐻🌟

After being carefully completed, varnished, and packed up ready for the journey, our bear is heading to its new home on the Bear Trail.

We’re so excited to see where it will appear, keep a look out this summer! 👀
