This was a real moment. I'm an emotional person anyway, and to see tears in eyes... I knew exactly how she felt.

It's so lovely getting to know these incredible tots, but so bittersweet knowing they are SO ready for school, while a little part of me just wants to keep them little forever too!

I see these families EVERY week for years. I look forward to seeing them walk through the door, hearing all their little stories and knowing all the tiny things that make them, them— their favourite colours, what they've been up to that week, what they're excited to tell me, and all those little bits of their personalities that I've watched grow over the years.

And then suddenly, they're not so little anymore.

They're confident, funny, kind, independent little people who are ready for their next big adventure... even if us grown-ups aren't quite ready for it!

It's such a privilege to have been a tiny part of their early years, and saying goodbye never gets any easier ###
