Water play and our new sea creatures, offering opportunity to talk first words and colour. Our older crew member used his imagination to engage in play with the other underwater creatures …

Guesses for what stopped us in our tracks on the way home …?

Our strawberry adventure may not have gone to plan this morning but we have been in for a treat this afternoon!
Revisiting the tadpoles we saw all the stages of the frog life cycle 🐸! Frogs, tadpoles, tadpoles with legs, froglets with tails and little tiny froglets ! This was very exciting for us all!
One of our crew members even caught two tiny fish, a shrimp and a big chunky leech!

This morning we planned to go Strawberry picking.. but the strawberries were not ready for picking yet!😞 Instead we popped out bought a few punnets and a water melon and sat chatting together whilst sharing juicy red strawberries 🍓 and cream and ripe sweet watermelon 🍉
