Wow is all I can say! Well done Sam Bickmore for getting so many features with your Metallica cover including Metal Hammer. I used to love picking up a copy when I was your age, which wasn’t that long ago (I lie!) so impressed and I’m proud to see how far you’ve progressed as my student! 👏 🥁

Rehearsals for our student supergroup ‘Class Act’ are going so well. Several months ago we thought it would be a cool project to put together students from the studio and put together a set for a gig or festival. The organisers from Knipfest were immediately on board to give them a slot and have been incredibly supportive with the band.

Along the way we’ve taught them how to construct a set, how to engage with an audience and communication on stage. This is something we will hopefully run every year. Here they are rehearsing! If you haven’t got tickets yet you need to get online and pick them up! 🤘🥁 🎸
