Meet the inspiring Adrian Hughes, the LCME Representative for New Zealand.

Adrian's musical journey began at the age of 8 in Wales, with a guitar and a passionate teacher. Fast-forward to today, and he's helping students and teachers across New Zealand achieve their performance dreams through LCME qualifications.

"There is a growing appreciation for diverse musical styles and pathways, with more young people exploring music not just as a hobby but as a career," Adrian shares.

From classical competitions to jazz studies, and moving from Cardiff classrooms to New Zealand's diverse music community, Adrian's story shows how music education truly empowers people through performance.
