Opened in 2006, the team at the Grantham Kip McGrath centre have built a local reputation for superb tuition and a caring approach. Situated in the heart of Grantham, on Castlegate near St Wulfram's Church, we are easy to reach and parents can drop off and pick up easily. Experienced qualified teachers

With a dedicated team of experienced, fully qualified classroom teachers, we provide tuition tailored to the needs of your child. Each student receives individual tuition on their own specific programme designed to improve knowledge, confidence and enjoyment of learning. Individually tailored programmes

We create a safe, dynamic, stimulating environment where children feel confident and enthusiastic about learning. We are very child centred and support your child through their learning. Using a mix of one to one tuition and resources dedicated to their programme, we aim to help them progress. We use bespoke computerised programmes and varied written and audio resources which children enjoy. To ensure each child is challenged and can reach their potential, we devise an individualised programme based on their own needs and abilities and linked to the national curriculum. So that parents are fully aware of their child’s progress, their tutor gives individual feedback at the end of every session. This gives parents the opportunity to discuss personal progress and future development on a regular basis. Rewards

We aim to build confidence, which in turn creates independent learners. Therefore we believe it is important to recognise hard work and all progression. We commemorate success and perseverance at every opportunity within our teaching. This gives your child the recognition they need to boost their confidence and self esteem, and helps to inspire them to continue to aim for their full potential.

⭐ Year 5 parents – now is the time to start 11+ prep! ⭐

Our 11+ tutoring sessions start on 14th September and we have a limited number of spaces available.

⭐ Specialist 11+ preparation covering verbal, non-verbal and spatial reasoning, including the skills and strategies needed to tackle each question type confidently.

⭐ Experienced, qualified teachers providing small-group tuition with individual support tailored to each child.

⭐ All resources and materials included, with plenty of practice to build confidence, speed and accuracy.

⭐ Ofsted-registered tuition centre in the heart of Grantham – giving parents the reassurance of choosing a registered childcare provider. Childcare vouchers and Tax-Free Childcare can also be used towards lesson fees.

We cover strategies to tackle each question type for verbal and non-verbal reasoning, and lots of test practice so that children feel confident and ready!

🎉 Kip McGrath is celebrating 50 years of tutoring! 🎉

For half a century, Kip McGrath has been helping children strengthen their skills and reach their full potential, and we’re so proud to be part of that here in Grantham.

So, as the Easter break continues, we’re getting prepped and ready for the new term and feeling really excited for what’s ahead ✨
