We're on a mission to change recruitment. We believe passionately that using a recruitment agency as either a candidate looking to find a new role, or as a client recruiting for a new member of staff, should be an experience where you receive an excellent level of customer service as standard.

We know this isn't always the experience that people have of the recruitment industry and MalAz Recruitment Academy focus on training recruiters to be honest, ethical recruiters who put the best interests of their clients and candidates above everything else.

With more than 20 years experience of working in recruitment, and having been on the other side using a recruitment agency for both recruitment and to look for a new role, we want to ensure that the next generation of recruiters have the skills and mindset to change the perception of the recruitment industry as a whole and give people who want to achieve their dream job the very best experience .

With over 22 years experience working in recruitment, across a range of sectors, we at MalAz have noticed that there are very few specialist academies dedicated to helping you move forward in your recruitment career and that’s where we can help.

We will be offering a range of recruitment courses and seminars, specifically written and put together by an experienced recruiter who has hands on experience of working in recruitment.
