Today the children and staff wore red and white ๐Ÿด๓ ง๓ ข๓ ฅ๓ ฎ๓ ง๓ ฟ and took part in some fun activites, games and crafting in support of the world cup semi final โšฝ๏ธ

With paint between our toes and flags flying we sent our good luck wishes to the England team ๐Ÿ€

What a warm week โ˜€๏ธ how have you kept cool? ๐Ÿฆ

We have enjoyed a spot of morning fun in the gardens ๐ŸŒป๐Ÿ at the beginning of the week, with oodles of cool water play ๐Ÿ’ง and busy challenges indoors as the temperatures rose. ๐ŸŒก

Lots of splishes and plenty of splashes for the children (and staff) ๐Ÿ˜€

This week the children at Stepping stones have been busy with...

Where the children discovered how to create more foam by squeezing their sponges...bubbles galore!


๐Ÿ Bee appreciation
Where we celebrated and explored the world of a bumble bees. Discovering their life cycle and why their job is so important.


๐ŸŒป Gardening
Where we continued learning about how we care and tend to our garden's needs, what helps plants to grow and the importance of sun shine and water.


โ˜€๏ธ Trip to the park
It is always fabulous to have a little adventure, especially when it is also a great way to build knowledge and confidence out in the community.

The Preschool and Toddler room have been busy developing lots of fabulous skills through exploring and play. From making purposeful messy creations, beginning to write their names, snipping herbs to taking risks. Everyday our children our challenging themselves, learning and having fun along the way.

We LOVE messy play. It offers fabulous learning opportunities, wonderful sensory discoveries, supports our developing fine motor movements and is a perfect environment to enhance our language and communication skills.

Good Afternoon
We would just like to put out a reminder that next week is the February half term.

This means their will be no 15/30hr funding next week. The children will return back on Monday 23rd February.

The 12/24hr funding will carry on as normal next week.
