Training times are every Wednesday:

Grangemouth Sports Complex on Wednesdays :
Family class (All ages & all grades) : 5.30pm to 6.30pm

Also classes at:

Ettrick Dochart Centre, Hallglen, Wednesdays :
Family class (All ages & all grades) : 4pm to 5pm
