Im going to get real for a minute…

Over the last few months, I’ve had some powerful conversations with people who want to feel better — in their bodies, their minds, their lives — but keep saying “I just don’t have the time”, “I can’t afford it”, or “I don’t know where to start.”

I get it. Life is full. I’ve been feeling that a lot to, hence why the social
Media ghosting I’ve done on this page.

But so much of wellness doesn’t cost a penny.
This image (not mine, but it hit home) is such a perfect reminder. 🌱

✨ Wellness isn’t just for the privileged. It’s for the intentional.
You don’t need fancy supplements, retreats, or gym memberships to take care of yourself.

You do need to decide.
To walk. To breathe. To be present. To rest. To unplug.
To stop waiting for the “perfect” moment.

It’s not always easy, but it is simple.
And I’m here to walk with you on that path. One free step at a time 💛

Hello there to all my lovely followers. Its been a while since I put up a post on this page.....

I'll be honest, I lost my love of social media, I decided to embrace that and just go with my own feelings and what felt right at the time. But I know I have messages that so many people do and can benefit from so it's time to get back my mojo and share the joy. 😘😘😘😘

Some of you might know that I'm currently working through a really great Nutrition course at the minute. Its a year long intense course which will mean Im a certified Nutritionist. Another string to my Wellness bow. 🏹
This is taking a bit of my time and it's making the old brain work a bit. 😂 Along with a big exam at the end..... Trying not to think too much about that 🙈

I felt it really important that I do this course as I will complement what I offer my clients.
I believe in a Holistic approach to Wellness and felt I needed to up my Nutrition game to become more knowledgeable and useful to you all.
I also believe, good education is key to becoming an expert in your field and to be able to recommend to you all the correct advice and what an education I am getting to be able to implement this.

Anyway, long story short, I'm excited to be able to navigate more women on their wellness quest of living better for longer in a more natural and sustainable way for them. Whatever that may be. 💕💕💕💕

Really sorry I've not been updating this page much. I've been posting mainly on my personal page and if I'm honest, kinda forgot to post on here.......

Consistency isn't really my strong point. 😘

Early Monday spin setting up the week......🚲

I did alot of journalling📚 last night on my goals etc and it made getting up this morning so much easier.....

When you have good things to focus on your vibration shifts......🧘‍♀️

If you are stuck in just the mundane grind and not feeling fulfilled I challenge you to start figuring out what lights you up..be it a hobby, a challenge, a career change, a side business or a project.....

Life's to short to feel stuck. But it's up to you to change it!
