A first for Radford Taekwon-Do today, as we gave our very first demo to the local community, at the Govilon Family Fun Day.
As their instructor I am massively proud of the students that volunteered to take part especially with the hot weather today and the lack of practice due to recent disruptions.
Every student showed huge courage to show your Taekwon-Do in front of people for the first time and they all performed brilliantly. Some lovely feed back as well, about the student’s respect and courtesy while we were there.

🥋🔥 UK ITF South East Region — What a Performance! 🔥🥋

Four of our Radford Taekwon‑Do students stepped up at the UK ITF South East Regional Championships yesterday — and they absolutely delivered.

Tough rounds. Big heart. Real progress.
They showed determination in both Patterns and Sparring, representing themselves, Radford Taekwon‑Do and Gassor’s Taekwon‑Do Wales with pride.
