Its nearly time to put up Christmas trees 🎄. So we decided to make some amazing salt dough decorations. We measured the ingredients, rolled the dough and decided what shapes to make! Caroline then baked them (without burning them this time 🤦‍♀️😂). Once they cooled we made them look extra festive with paint and glitter before taking them home ready for tree decorating.

Happy Halloween 🎃……we have had so much fun with our Halloween tuff tray this year. We had lotions and potions, spooky coloured rice, spiders and pumpkins! We all carved our own pumpkins and took them home to light for everyone to see. We did get a little messy doing it but we learned how to keep safe while pumpkin carving, picked up the spiders with our tweezers and looked really hard through our magnifying glasses the find the Halloween confetti in the rice

Hi 👋…..we have been super busy as usual recently! Here’s a little selection of our favourite things over the last few weeks. We have done the skittles experiment which was so much fun, seeing all the rainbow colours, and we promise we didn’t eat any 🙊. We have started our floorbooks looking back at all the great things we have done, we have been to the new amazing park down lunderston bay, and so far we have managed to keep Caroline off the zip line 🤦‍♀️.

This week we have been so busy! So busy that Caroline hasn’t had a chance to share all the fun we have been having. We have been to Largs, Wemyss Bay beach, Roukenglen park and Kelburn Castle and Estate! Here’s some pictures of our adventures….we warn you there’s so much to share! We are off for a relaxed weekend 🤩😁

We were soooooo excited about today! It was our train trip to Paisley! We went to the ticket office to get our tickets, then we waited safely for the train to arrive. We travelled through all the different stations, going through BIG dark tunnels were we looked at our reflection in the window. When we got to Port Glasgow our amazing friends from Chatterbox Childminding joined us. When arrived at Paisley we walked to the Fountains gardens were we had lunch and a play in the park. We were all super tired when mummy/daddy/granny picked us up 😴

We had such a great day at the Fairy Trail in Luss with our friends from other childminding settings including Chatterbox Childminding. We came across lots of fairy houses and sprinkled our fairy dust! We even got to go in the stream with our wellies 🥰. We then walked along the beach, had lunch at the park and played with our friends. Caroline said she’s going to buy a house in Luss and we can all go visit her 🤩

Such a fun day today with our friends at Chatterbox Childminding! We travelled from Greenock to Lunderston Bay on the big red open top bus. Once we got there we had some lunch at the picnic tables and a little run around. On the way back our friend from Chatterbox Childminding started a game of waving to people and we counted how many waves we got. We must have been waving hard as we got over 30 waves!

Today we had an amazing morning at Caroline’s old bosses farm Nether Lethame Farm. We got to learn and meet all the baby calves and their mummies. We also saw the big tractors and how they helped to prepare the food for the cows and their babies. Afterwards we went to Strathaven park to play and got the chance to use all the exercise equipment!
New friendships made with 2 sets of sisters, they really were proper besties within 5 mins 😍😍😍

Our 2 handsome Thursday boys just love dinosaurs so a Dinosaur Tuff Tray it was! The Dinosaurs roared around their amazing new home, and ate lots of grass, saying yum yum as they went! Caroline was super impressed when our smallest boy, whose not even 2 yet can hold up a dinosaur and name the type 😳…..whose teaching who 🤔😂 🦕 🦖.
