📢 Early Years employers – the apprenticeship incentive is increasing!

With the new legislative requirements, there has never been a better time to grow your Early Years team.

From October 2026, eligible employers recruiting a 16–24-year-old apprentice could receive a £2,000 hiring incentive.

And there’s more…

Eligible employers recruiting a 16–18-year-old apprentice (or a learner aged 19-24 with an EHCP) may also qualify for an additional £1,000 incentive, giving eligible employers the opportunity to receive up to £3,000 in total incentives.

From 1 August 2026, eligible 16–24-year-old apprentices will also have no employer contribution, making apprenticeships even more affordable for settings.
