We can’t wait to welcome everyone to our Toy Exchange at St Matt’s on the Corner, Bridgemary for a lovely morning of sharing, giving and helping toys find a brand-new home. ❤️
📅 TODAY SATURDAY 5TH SEPT
⏰ 10:30am – 1:00pm
📍 St Matt’s on the Corner, Bridgemary
🧸 Come along and browse our range of toys
🎁 Take home something your children will love
♻️ Bring along toys you’d like to donate
☕ Visit our café for a drink and something tasty
❤️ And help us make sure as many local children as possible leave with a smile!
A FEW LITTLE THINGS TO HELP THE DAY RUN SMOOTHLY 😊
We want the Toy Exchange to be enjoyable, fair and safe for everyone, so we’d really appreciate your help with a few things:
🕥 Doors open at 10:30am
Our volunteers will be busy getting everything ready beforehand, so please bear with us while we prepare the hall and make sure everything is ready for you.
🧸 Please take what you need
We want as many families as possible to benefit from the exchange, so please be considerate of others when choosing toys. There should be plenty of smiles to go around! ❤️
🎁 Please leave donated toys with our volunteers
All donations need to be sorted and checked before they can join the exchange, so please don't look through the donation piles. Our team will get them ready as quickly as possible.
☕ Food & drink can be enjoyed in our café
The church hall has recently had lovely new carpet fitted, so we're keeping food and drink to the café area. It’s also the perfect excuse for a cuppa and a slice of cake! 🍰☕

This is all about community, sharing and helping families while giving pre-loved toys another chance to be enjoyed.

Before you arrive, PLEASE take a moment to read the following rules. The 🚫 rules below are STRICT and MUST be followed. They are in place to protect the church hall, our volunteers and, most importantly, to make sure there are enough toys for everyone who needs them. ❤️

🚫 STRICTLY NO FOOD OR DRINK IN THE CHURCH HALL 🚫

Absolutely NO food or drinks are to be consumed inside the hall.
The hall has just had brand-new carpet laid, so please help us look after it. 🙏
☕ There will be a café available where you can enjoy a drink and something to eat!

🚫 PLEASE ONLY TAKE WHAT YOU NEED 🚫

This is a toy exchange for families who need a little help. Please be considerate and only take what you genuinely need. There may be someone waiting behind you who is struggling and needs those toys too. ❤️

🚫 DO NOT GO THROUGH THE DONATION PILES 🚫

Please DO NOT search through, open or look through the donations that have been dropped off. These need to be sorted, checked and made safe before they are put out for people to take.

🚫 DO NOT ARRIVE EXPECTING TO ENTER BEFORE 10:30 🚫

The doors WILL NOT open before 10:30am.
Please be patient and respectful while waiting. We know everyone is excited, but we need to make sure everything is ready and safe before we let people in. 😊
